My Story

I am Head of Dementia working for a large care company (Avery Healthcare) and am passionate about improving the wellbeing of people living with dementia.  In Feb 2025 I am joining two colleagues on this challenge to trek 100km in 5 days across the Sahara! 

I am looking forward to nights under the stars, campfires and cuddling a camel or two along the way!!

Not looking forward to the blisters, sand in all the wrong places and the training during the winter months!!
